The smell is of sweet cocoa, baker's chocolate,
roasted coffee and a very slight presence of floral hops. It tastes
like bittersweet chocolate and roasted coffee, with semi-bready
malts, and a very slight hop bitterness at the end. Medium-bodied,
moderately carbonated and somewhat creamy going down.
